We had just experienced a major plumbing disaster at our own private home and needed an AirBnb where we could stay while our home was being repaired. It was truly a great experience and made our stressful time more manageable and more bearable. The hosts were wonderful. The space was clean, well decorated, and very comfortable. I would highly recommend!

it was absolutely AMAZING. I honestly didn't want to leave. Super clean, PERFECT location everything is walkable & perfect amount of amenities. Going forward whenever we visit birmingham we won't be staying anywhere else.

This was honestly better than I expected! The location was perfect. We never had to drive more than 10 minutes to get anywhere that we wanted to go lots of things to do in the area and great restaurants. Everything we needed was there and so nicely decorated. It even had a Pac-Man machine, which was so cute. I will be bringing my husband back with me next time for a couples getaway.

Another fabulous stay here! We have stayed in Trey and Laudan’s properties several times over the years - each one is convenient, comfortable and thoughtfully furnished - my husband calls it our “home away from home” as we visit family in Birmingham often- Homewood is our favorite part of the city - already booked for our next trip!

Highly recommend! We booked this stay after my mom’s surgery at UAB because we needed more space and somewhere peaceful and very clean for her to recover. The hosts knew our situation and were very kind and accommodating 😊 The Homewood location is great & felt safe. Everything was spotless, plenty of clean sheets and towels stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials we needed. We appreciated the sound machines & bedroom curtains so she could rest well. Thoughtful touches like shampoo, conditioner, soap, and even laundry detergent for the washer/dryer were helpful for a longer stay. We’re very grateful for such a comfortable experience and would absolutely stay again!

A co-worker and I were in town for work and love staying in Homewood. We love that you can walk to lots of restaurants and shopping. Trey was awesome with communication, and their place was just as pictures. 10/10!!

The owners are very communicative and responsive. We had to book at the last minute and they were very accommodating. My wife even heard a smoke detector beeping next door and the owner came by within an hour to change the batteries. Great people. The condo itself is in a wonderful area of town. Easy parking right in front of the door. We didn’t have to use our car during our whole stay. Plenty of shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Another great stay with Trey and Laudan. The townhouse was a great fit with plenty of space to spread out. The towels are the best of any Airbnb and the blackout curtains made for a great night’s sleep. The extra touches - tissues, t-paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, snacks - were much appreciated. This is our favorite place to stay when we visit Birmingham!

Trey and Laudan's condo was a great he base for us in our visit to Birmingham - it was well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. The kids loved playing the vintage arcade games and made good use of the trundle bed in the second bedroom. We will definitely look to stay here again for future trips to Birmingham!
