Absolutely lovely, and the cleanest ever. So tastefully renovated and decorated. Love the welcoming extra touches - bottled water, snacks, coffee pods & sweeteners. We couldn’t have asked for more. Bonus - the Asian restaurant right across the street serves the best sushi we’ve eaten anywhere!! Laudan’s restaurant guide was so helpful.

Have stayed at a lot of airbnbs and this was one of my favorite stays. Very walkable to everything Homewood and all the furniture and entertainment was high quality. Me, my wife and dog loved it so much, we even decided to stay an extra night. Hoping to stay here again and rent out the condo next door for family!

We had a lovely stay at this quaint and charming Airbnb in Homewood. The space was cozy, clean, and full of personality, perfect for a comfortable home base during our time in Birmingham. The location was ideal: within easy walking distance to great local restaurants and entertainment, while still feeling quiet and peaceful. We especially appreciated how convenient it was to UAB Hospital, which was important for the purpose of our visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient, walkable, and welcoming place to stay in Homewood!

This is our second time staying at one of Trey and Laudan's properties, and everything was great...again! Clean and comfortable, great location, and the perfect size for our little family of 5. 10/10 would recommend!

Convenient location, walk to everything. Great a/c, comfortable beds, well-decorated. Roomy enough for two couples and super clean. One of nicest Airbnbs we have stayed in Birmingham. Love Homewood, especially Johnnie’s and Rodney Scott’s restaurants. Host delivered hangers quickly when none were in the closets. Only negative-heard people walking in unit above several times. Would stay here again, but maybe try one of the upper units. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.

My family truly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean, perfectly decorated, and great attention was given to details and needs of guests. All beds were comfortable and the hosts were very responsive when we had a question. We loved the easy walk to downtown Homewood with great shops, coffee, and dining options and being able to walk a minute to a grocery store was nice when we didn't feel like running out. It's a very easy drive to surrounding areas with additional great restaurants, shopping, and activities. We would definitely stay here again!
