The owners are very communicative and responsive. We had to book at the last minute and they were very accommodating. My wife even heard a smoke detector beeping next door and the owner came by within an hour to change the batteries. Great people. The condo itself is in a wonderful area of town. Easy parking right in front of the door. We didn’t have to use our car during our whole stay. Plenty of shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Another great stay with Trey and Laudan. The townhouse was a great fit with plenty of space to spread out. The towels are the best of any Airbnb and the blackout curtains made for a great night’s sleep. The extra touches - tissues, t-paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, snacks - were much appreciated. This is our favorite place to stay when we visit Birmingham!

We had a lovely stay! We were in Birmingham for Parents Weekend at Samford University. Communication was A+! Everything was clean and laid out well. We loved the location. It was so nice to walk to different coffee shops, restaurants, shops and church. We will be back!
